But for a change you're ready. you have water, a ionized fluid substitute like gatorad powerade etc. a towel for exercize showering, deoderant and personal products, gym pass, flask, shoes, socks, entire outfits, etc and Everything you need in your gym bag once your serious, if not, you're gym's website should be able to profess in lesser terms how much you will have in your backpack or shoulderbag.
